User Acquisition Manager (Casual Game, iOS/Android)

We are looking for a UA specialist who doesn’t just drive traffic but brings in players with positive unit economics. The game is casual, and the main revenue is ad-based. The goal is simple: the player's LTV should exceed their acquisition cost. If you’re ready to be accountable for real numbers — this is the role for you.

Your responsibilities:

  • Launch and scale campaigns on Google Ads (UAC), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and in-app networks (AppLovin, Unity Ads, ironSource, etc.);
  • Meet CPI / ROAS / LTV targets and cut off ineffective traffic sources;
  • Continuously A/B test audiences, creatives, geos, and placements;
  • Provide precise creative briefs covering format, hook, the critical first 3 seconds, and variations;
  • Analyze game metrics (retention, ARPU, eCPM, ad impressions) and provide feedback to game design and product teams to optimize growth;
  • Deliver actionable channel reports with insights, not just raw data.

From you:

  • At least 1 year of mobile UA experience (ideally in games, preferably casual);
  • Hands-on experience with Google UAC and Meta: able to build campaign structures, test, and scale;
  • Understanding of in-app networks and attribution with multiple sources;
  • Experience with MMP tools (Adjust / AppsFlyer) and game analytics platforms (GameAnalytics or similar);
  • Ability to interpret the user funnel: install → onboarding → levels → ad impressions → revenue;
  • Knowledge of key performance metrics: CPI, CTR, CVR, ROAS D1/D3/D7, LTV, ARPDAU, eCPM;
  • Ability to formulate hypotheses and drive them to final results;
  • Proactive and independent: don’t wait for briefs, propose tests yourself.

Nice to have:

  • Experience talking with account managers at networks (negotiating, improving quality, filtering low-value traffic);
  • Understanding which creative promises need backing up in the game.
  • What we offer:
  • Competitive pay based on experience and results;
  • Flexible remote working or comfortable office space in Kyiv;
  • Flexible 8-hour workday starting between 8 and 10 AM;
  • Support for your professional growth, friendly atmosphere, minimal bureaucracy;
  • All tools and resources required for your work;
  • Growth opportunities with a chance to lead your own team — growing together.

If you think in unit economics, quickly cut unprofitable sources, and can squeeze maximum value from ad models — apply now.
